"Priory Bay is a beautiful location for a wedding. I stayed there for 2 nights for my mum's wedding in July 2014 and I can't praise the place highly enough. The staff went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. On arrival one of the ladies on reception carried my pram up two flights of stairs - despite us saying we would sort it out later, she was amazing and continuously offered to lend a hand with baggage etc.
My 10 month old son was with us and, again, the staff couldn't do enough to help me - they sterilised bottles for me, warmed my son's pre-made meals and kept the rest of the pre-made meals in their freezer for me. They really were fantastic, and having stayed in hotels with my son before, I was not expecting any help at all.
There was a vast range of food for breakfast and the option of sitting outside where there is a view of the sea.
The wedding itself was incredible. The walk down to the beach hut is lovely and scenic and the beach itself is breathtaking. We were all made to feel very relaxed and able to make the most of the day as the staff were more than accommodating. The view from the marquee is breathtaking and we all found it to be the perfect venue to relax and enjoy the BBQ and take in the scenery. My son had room to walk around and the staff provided giant bean bags which entertained him and his 2 year old cousin no end!
The grounds at Priory Bay are beautiful and the service from the staff second to none! I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to come back very soon! It was the best wedding I have ever been to and I doubt another will compare!"
