Beach

Wander down the woodland path from the hotel and find yourself upon its secluded private beach which lines the gloriously unspoilt coastline at Priory Bay.

The tree-lined beach shelters the sandy shore from prevailing south westerly winds: perfect in the winter and autumnal months for enjoying the fresh sea air, awe-inspiring scenery and beachcombing: or in warmer months for paddling in the Solent Sea, shrimping, sandcastle building, beach games or exploring the nearby rockpools teeming with sealife.

The chef and his team, if not too busy, are also delighted to cook any prawns, cockles, crabs or mackerel caught off the beach.  You will often find them foraging for razor clams and sea spinach etc.
"Priory Bay is the sort of Paradisiacal bay you might expect to find on a Desert Island"
London Evening Standard
